All

call alarms and pendants for use in emergencies.

within Albany have a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
These flats are suitable to both single people and couples.
The
studio flats consist of a large lounge/bedroom, separate
kitchen and bathroom and are only suitable for single
people. There is an assisted flush-floor shower room on level 1.
Albany
House has one flat, which is wheelchair
friendly; and has been designed specifically
for disabled people. All properties are fitted with smoke detectors. There is an attractive patio area for all residents to enjoy in the summer.
